One email is enough.
There is no form on this page and no ticket number waiting at the end of it. Write to the address below, in English or in Chinese, and the people who would handle the order are the ones who read it.
Or copy the address and write from wherever you normally do.
Or call the office: +86 575 8568 2099
What to put in the first email
None of it is required. But the more of it you send, the closer the first answer is to a real one rather than a request for more information.
- Composition
- 65/35 polyester–rayon, 100% worsted wool, or whatever it is you are matching.
- Weight and width
- In g/m² and cm if you have them. A garment weight and a rough hand will do to start.
- Colour
- A Pantone reference, a swatch in the post, or a photograph taken in daylight.
- Quantity
- Metres per colour, and how often you expect to repeat it.
- Destination
- Where it ships and on what terms, if that is already settled.
- Timing
- When you need it on the cutting table — not when you need it to leave here.
A swatch is worth more than any description of one. Post it, and say so in the email.
What happens next
Someone reads it
A person, not a routing rule. If something is missing we ask the one question that matters rather than send a form back.
We answer
Within one working day: what it costs, what it takes, and whether the article exists already or has to be woven for you.
Cloth in your hands
Swatches or sample yardage go out by courier, usually inside a week — and before anyone talks about a production order.
